About r9999

Our Story

r9999 was founded with a single, clear purpose: to give Bangladeshi players access to a world-class online gaming and sports betting experience that truly reflects their needs. From Dhaka to Chittagong, Sylhet to Khulna, we have built a platform that combines international standards with local understanding — a rare combination that has earned us the trust of hundreds of thousands of players across Bangladesh.

We understand that Bangladeshi players deserve more than just a generic betting site. They want a platform that accepts local payment methods like bKash, Nagad, and Rocket; one that celebrates cricket season with dedicated BPL and T20 World Cup markets; and one that respects their language, culture, and time zone. r9999 was built from the ground up to be exactly that platform.

Since our launch, r9999 has grown steadily into one of the most recognised online casino brands in Bangladesh. We attribute this growth to one thing above all else: a relentless commitment to our players. Every feature, every game added to our library, every improvement to our deposit and withdrawal flow, and every new promotion we run starts with asking one simple question — is this genuinely good for our players?

Our Mission & Core Values

At r9999, everything we do is guided by a set of values that keep our players at the centre of every decision. We are not simply a gambling platform — we are a community, a service, and a commitment to responsible, enjoyable entertainment.

• 🎯 Player-first focus: Every product decision prioritises your experience, convenience, and satisfaction above all else.
• 🔒 Security and fairness: All games use certified RNG technology. Your funds and personal data are protected by SSL encryption at all times.
• 🤝 Community and trust: We actively listen to player feedback and use it to build a platform you can rely on month after month.
• ⚡ Speed and reliability: Fast deposits, rapid withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, and a stable platform that never keeps you waiting.

Why Bangladeshi Players Choose r9999

Bangladesh has a vibrant and passionate gaming community. Whether it is following the Bangladesh Tigers through a T20 series, backing a favourite team during the BPL, or spinning the reels on a top-tier slot from Pragmatic Play or Spribe, Bangladeshi players demand quality, reliability, and respect. r9999 delivers all three.

We have built specific features for this market: Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) live betting schedules, Taka-denominated promotions with bonuses starting from ৳500, and a mobile app experience that works flawlessly even on slower mobile data connections common outside Dhaka and Chittagong. Our support team is available around the clock and fully understands the needs of players in Rajshahi, Sylhet, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and beyond.

Our Platform & Game Library

r9999 hosts one of the most comprehensive gaming libraries available to players in Bangladesh. Our live casino section — powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi — offers real-time table games including Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, Live Blackjack, Teen Patti, and Andar Bahar, all streamed in HD from professional studios. Whether you prefer the strategic depth of Blackjack or the instant thrill of a Fortune Ox spin, our catalogue has it covered.

Our sports betting section covers international and domestic cricket, football, kabaddi, and hockey — with competitive odds and a smooth in-play experience. We regularly add new game titles and betting markets based on direct feedback from our player community, keeping the library fresh every season.

Trust, Safety & Security

We take the security of your account and personal information seriously. r9999 employs multiple layers of protection to ensure every session you have with us is safe, private, and fair.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

r9999 believes that gaming should always be a source of entertainment — never a source of stress or financial hardship. That is why we invest significantly in responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion options, deposit limits, session time reminders, and easy access to independent support resources. Our platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We actively verify player ages and reserve the right to suspend any account that appears to belong to a minor.

If you or someone you know is experiencing difficulties related to gambling, we encourage you to reach out to our 24/7 support team immediately. You can also find further guidance on our Responsible Gaming page. Play responsibly — and play for fun.
